Is the demo really free?
Yes — but it isn't promised. Creating an account is free for everyone; the demo builds themselves are a limited batch we pick from requests. A referral code from us or a partner means yours is already picked. Either way you owe nothing until you choose a plan.
What should I send you?
Photos and videos of your work, your logo if you have one, what you do, your service area, and anything you want the site to say. Rough is fine — copy gets written as part of the build.
How long does my free account last?
With a referral code: no clock. Without one: 14 days, and we email you before it closes. Nothing is deleted at closing — pick a plan (or just reply to the email) and it reopens with everything intact.
What do the paid plans do?
Basic ($49/mo) keeps your site live on your own domain. Standard ($89/mo) also connects your contact form to a leads inbox — instant email alerts, spam filtering, booking — plus 2 content edits a month. Premium ($149/mo) includes 5 edits, priority response, and a quarterly review call.
I already have a website — do I need any of this?
No demo needed. Pick Standard or Premium on the pricing page and paste one snippet where your contact form goes; your existing site starts feeding the inbox the same day.
Can you bill outside the US?
Accounts are free anywhere, but paid plans are US-only at launch. If you're elsewhere, email support@matocrm.com and we'll tell you when that changes.
