Is the build really free — and really same-day?
Free, yes: you owe nothing until you choose a plan. Same-day when there's a slot — we build 3 sites a day, 9 am–5 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. Send your content outside those hours or after today's 3 are taken and you're first in line the next business day. A referral code from us or a partner puts your build at the front of the line.
What should I send you?
Photos and videos of your work, your logo if you have one, what you do, your service area, and anything you want the site to say. Rough is fine — copy gets written as part of the build.
How long does my free account last?
With a referral code: no clock. Without one: 14 days, and we email you before it closes. Nothing is deleted at closing — pick a plan (or just reply to the email) and it reopens with everything intact.
What do the paid plans do?
Every paid plan puts your site live with the contact form wired to your leads inbox — instant email alerts, spam filtering, booking, and the CRM workspace. Basic ($49/mo) includes no content edits, Standard ($89/mo) includes 2 a month, Premium ($149/mo) includes 5 plus priority response and a quarterly review call. Before you pay, your free account is a working sandbox against your private preview; going live clears the sandbox data so you start clean.
I already have a website — do I need any of this?
No build needed. Pick Standard or Premium on the pricing page and paste one snippet where your contact form goes; your existing site starts feeding the inbox the same day.
Can you bill outside the US?
Accounts are free anywhere, but paid plans are US-only at launch. If you're elsewhere, email support@matocrm.com and we'll tell you when that changes.
