Content edits
An edit is one submitted request. Basic includes none, Standard includes 2 a month, Premium includes 5. Past your included edits, each one is a flat $29 — on any plan, no surprise invoices.
You send the request from your dashboard — photos and videos upload right there — and the site rebuilds automatically once it’s done. Same flow every time.

Two ways to own one. Demo builds are free — you request one from your free account (or arrive with a referral code), we build a limited number of them, and a monthly plan keeps it live on yourbusiness.matocrm.com. Or buy the website outright: $500 one-time, you own the site and its data, and we help you set it up on your own domain (future major changes are paid work). The plans on this page are the only recurring prices, and the $29 extra content edit is the only other à-la-carte charge.
Both keep your site live on yourbusiness.matocrm.com with the contact form wired to your leads inbox — instant email alerts, spam filtering, the booking widget, and the CRM workspace. The difference is upkeep: Basic includes no content edits ($29 each when you need one); Standard ($89/mo) includes 2 a month. If your hours, photos, or prices change more than rarely, you want Standard.
You export them first — one button, CSV, yours forever. We don't hold your customer list hostage. After cancellation, hosting and alerts stop; your exported leads and your domain go with you.
No and no. Billing is month to month through Stripe, and you cancel from the billing portal without talking to anyone.
No. They're emails. If your phone shows you email, you'll see them there. We never send text messages.
